Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Quality is extremely important to us, and we want to make this right immediately. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the defect or damage.

For defective or damaged items, we will:

Wrong Item or Size Received

If we shipped you the wrong item or incorrect size, that's completely our error and we'll fix it right away. You can keep the incorrect item until the replacement arrives, then use our prepaid return label to send it back.

Size Exchange Policy

Final Sale and Clearance Items

Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased from our clearance section are sold at deeply discounted prices and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. These items are clearly marked on the product page before you add them to your cart.

We recommend carefully reviewing the size chart and product details before purchasing final sale items. However, if you receive a defective final sale item, we will still honor a full refund or replacement.

International Returns

Prefer store credit instead of a refund? We offer a 10% bonus when you choose store credit over a refund to your original payment method. For example, if your return is worth $100, you'll receive $110 in store credit that never expires.

Store credit is issued as a digital code sent to your email within 3-5 business days after your return is processed. You can use this credit on any future purchase, including sale items, and it can be combined with other promotions.
