Delivery Times

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. Claims for damaged or lost items must be accompanied by photographic evidence when applicable.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges subject to the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, products must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all tags attached

Return Process
